Welcome to the ?Wellington Cottage?, we purchased the cottage in early xxxx.
The prior owner recently remodeled the entire main level installed all new appliances, including a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6-7 adults and 2-3 children.

Second bedroom, (Double size bed) with attached bath completed in May xxxx
Carriage room includes a full bathroom, (Double size bed) has a window A/C, and overhead fan,(used as an overflow bedroom).
Basement includes a twin bed, two Children?s bunk beds, and a second walk out to the lake.
Kitchen, kitchenette, Dinning room, Family room, including a FIREPLACE.
Patio with sliding glass door facing the lake.
Parking for up to 6 cars.

Outdoor gas grill, grilling tools, table and chairs, and a large outside umbrella.
Vacuum, cleaning supplies, towels.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:
Bed sheets, towels, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and any personal items.
THINGS TO DO AND SEE:
Gradual and shallow sandy swimming area.
Stone Lake and the smaller connected Brokesha Lake are great fishing lakes.
Stone lake is a max of 30 feet deep and has a public boat ramp / launch on the West side.
Boating is speed restricted to 10 ? 15 MPH, which helps to provide a quiet, and relaxing get-away.
Shopping, golfing, site seeing, local attractions, SHIPSHWANA flee markets, and auctions are some of the local attractions.
Ice Fishing, Cross Country Skiing, and nearby down hill skiing.
THINGS YOU CAN?T BRING OR DO:
Sorry no pets or smoking are allowed
CHECK IN INFORMATION:
The front door lock is electronic. After your security deposit is received, a code will be provided for the lock and will be changed after your departure.
Your week starts on Saturday at 2:00 pm and ends on the following Saturday at noon.
STAY INFORMATION
The trash is picked up on Wednesdays.
Make sure to turn off the gas grill at the tank.
Always put the umbrella down every night.
The WIFI password is on the freezer Door
The Key to the extra bedroom is on the side cabinet in the kitchen.
When using the A/C please keep the windows and doors closed.
CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Please leave the cottage in as clean of condition as you found it, which includes cleaning the kitchen, putting away all outside items, closing all windows, doors, and putting all trash bags in the outside dumpster.
The security deposit will be refunded after you leave, and so long as there are no damages or extraordinary cleaning needed.
Please turn the A/C off , and the Gas grill off at the tank before your final departure.
Check out is at Noon on the following Saturday.
There is a one-week or three-day weekend minimum rental during the peak season, which is from May to August. Weekend rates are available on a case-by-case basis during the off-season.
SECURITY DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A one hundred ($100) security deposit, (personal check accepted), is due when you reserve the cottage, and must be mailed and received before the date will be booked and reserved.
Reservation funds must be in Guaranteed / certified funds, i.e. bank check or cashiers check.
xxxx WEEKLY / WEEKEND RATES:
May first two weeks is $950/ per week.
May last two weeks is $xxxx/per week.
June weeks #1 - 3 is $xxxx per week
June week # 4 is $xxxx for the week.
July 4th holiday week is $xxxx
July week # 2 - 4 is $xxxx per week
August is $xxxx per week
September is $950 per week.
Oct to April is $850 per week
* Weekend or 3 day rates vary, please call or e-mail for pricing.
** Off-season non-holiday rentals are $1,900/mo for Oct to April.
Plus utilities; daily at $179/day with a 2 day Min.
